My name is Virginia Raquel Peralta de Furness originally from Cordoba, Argentina and came to the USA with my parents as a small child. I graduated from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia with a BS in Occupational Therapy and practiced as a certified upper extremity specialist for 11 years. In conjunction with work as a therapist, I was involved in raising my 4 small boys and studied photography and art at various colleges as the family moved across the United States. I now reside in Golden, Colorado with my family and do not plan on moving again.

Although my journey in art began with fine art photography, I have continued to explore the many facets of art. I am thrilled to announce that I have completed my Web Design Diploma from the Art Institute of Pittsburg September 2008 with a 4.0 GPA. I continue to study photography, web design and digital art independently and through continuing education opportunities.
